An award-winning curd of real Irish butter, fresh lemon juice and free-range Irish eggs - aside from spreading on bread, scones, and pancakes, this is a fantastic addition to homemade ice-cream, or can be baked into lemon meringue roulade or tarte citron.


Ingredients: Sugar, fresh lemon juice (22%), free range Irish eggsbutter, lemon zest.
