A deliciously smooth, seedless blackberry dessert sauce. The blackberries are grown on the neighbouring fruit farm; and we let the phenomenal flavour of the fruit do the talking. Smother pancakes or ice creams, add liberally to natural yoghurt, dress your meringues and pavlovas, or combine with olive oil/balsamic for a fruity salad dressing.
