Raspberry & Vanilla Jam

This variety of Irish raspberry is unique; the fruit is grown on our local fruit farm, and combined with Madagascan vanilla pod offers a show-stopping jam. Tart raspberry and sweet vanilla; great in all cakes & bakes.

Ingredients: Irish raspberries (50%), sugar, vanilla (less than 1%), pectin.

Prepared with 50g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 59g per 100g

Net Weight: 330g and 130g

Store out of direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening & enjoy within 4 weeks.
