Pear & Vanilla Jam

The subtle flavour of the pear is lifted by the Madagascan vanilla in this sweet, smoothe preserve. Delicious on almond scones or croissants.  Darina Allen enjoyed our Pear & Vanilla Jam with blue cheese and recommends it.

Ingredients: Pears (50%), sugar, vanilla pod (less than 1%), pectin.

Prepared with 50g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 57g per 100g.

Net Weight: 330g and 130g

Store out of direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening & enjoy within 4 weeks.
