Blackcurrant Jam

A traditional whole-fruit blackcurrant Jam which is a wonderful combination of sweet and sharp.  Enjoy on a scone or why not try as an alternative to Strawberry Jam in a Victoria Sandwich cake?

Ingredients: Blackcurrants (50%), sugar.

Prepared with 50g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 55.5g per 100g.

Net Weight: 330g and 130g

Store out of direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening & enjoy within 4 weeks.
