Summer Berries Jam

This jam offers a real taste of summer.  It is made with 60% fruit so it is not too sweet; perfect for adding to cakes and summer bakes.  We love it sandwiched in a Victoria Sponge Cake with a thick layer of fresh cream.

Ingredients: Fruit (Strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blackcurrant), sugar and pectin
