Irish Whiskey Marmalade

A whole-fruit sweet orange marmalade with a kick of Irish whiskey - as an alternative to slathering on your toast why not use it to glaze chicken breasts, or add it to enrich your homemade mincemeat, fruitcakes or Christmas pudding.  This is a Blas Na hEireann (the Irish Food Awards) award-winning product.

Ingredients: Oranges (50%), sugar, Irish Whiskey (2%)

Prepared with 50g of fruit per 100g.  Total sugar content; 54.5g per 100g.

Net Weight: 330g and 130g

Store out of direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening & enjoy within 4 weeks.
