An old-fashioned whole-berry green Gooseberry jam made in the traditional way.  A wonderful combination of sweet and sharp.

 

Ingredients: Sugar, gooseberries, water.

Prepared with 50g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 59g per 100g.

 

Net Weight: 330g and 130g

 

Store out of direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening & enjoy within 4 weeks.
